Clark Hale
Executive Chairman
Clark Hale
Clark Hale brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Senneca, having held senior leadership positions at prominent companies such as Hayward Industries, Brooks Instrument, and the Victaulic Company.
During his 17-year tenure at Emerson Electric, he demonstrated his operational prowess and leadership acumen, ultimately ascending to the roles of division president for ASCO Valve – U.S and Copeland Refrigeration.
His educational background is equally impressive, with a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Brown University, a Master of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of California at Berkeley, and a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers University. His combination of hands-on leadership experience and strong academic foundation makes him a valuable asset, positioning the company for continued growth and success.
Hal plays a pivotal role in driving growth in the company’s key product categories by owning sales and marketing priorities and directives within Senneca’s C&I Division. These categories include traffic doors, custom-designed and stainless-steel doors, cold storage doors, industrial curtains and vinyl roll-up doors, as well as aviation and emergency response doors.
With a wealth of industry experience, Hal has consistently demonstrated his ability to lead teams and implement profitable improvements, contributing to the success of both the business and the industry as a whole.
His educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from DePaul University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Manufacturing Engineering from Miami University.

Shane Kilfoil is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the Industrial and IT sectors. His career includes senior leadership roles on a global scale, culminating in his most recent position as Senior Vice President Global Sales and Marketing for Tripp Lite. Prior to this, Shane spent 11 years at Eaton, where he demonstrated his versatility and expertise through various roles encompassing sales, product management, and general management, ultimately serving as the Managing Director of Africa.
Shane’s educational background is equally impressive, holding a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the esteemed Nelson Mandela University in South Africa.

Gloria Huegel
Gloria plays a pivotal role in driving Senneca’s success by spearheading talent acquisition, career development, workforce planning, and total rewards development. With an extensive 20-year background in Human Resources, she has honed her expertise through diverse HR roles at prominent mid-size manufacturing and industrial companies such as Schneider Electric, General Cable, and Rotex, Inc.
Gloria’s academic credentials include a Master of Labor and Employment Relations from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Spanish/Secondary Education from Adrian College. Her rich educational background and hands-on experience equip her with a deep understanding of the intricacies of HR management, enabling her to effectively navigate the dynamic landscape of talent and organizational development.

Kevin Burke
Kevin leads the Finance and IT teams with a clear vision for improving financial and operational performance, driving back-office efficiencies and effectiveness, while enhancing the Company’s financial planning and reporting efforts, as well as data management and security.
Kevin has over 20 years of experience with large, public multinationals early in his career and more recently with middle market private companies, overseeing Accounting, Financial Analysis, Treasury, IT, Compliance and Logistics. Kevin was most recently the CFO of United Wheels, a distributor of Huffy, Niner and Buzz bicycles, where he led initiatives to improve liquidity, drive better working capital utilization and curb waste. Prior to United Wheels Kevin spent 6 years at Tire Discounters as CFO, with his previous turn at another Kohlberg sponsored business, Aurora Casket. He has early career experiences with the likes of Newell-Rubbermaid, Eaton Corporation and Crane Companies.
Kevin earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Rider University and his MBA from Maryville University.
